Additional Support During the COVID-19 Pandemic

To Level 9 clients,

As we all face the challenges related to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Level 9 team understands that your credit union’s web managers may be under additional pressure to maintain your website. We’ve taken steps to help you during this period.

You may know that at Level 9 we work from remote offices. Usually, the main benefit of that is our pets get extra attention during the day. But as the COVID-19 situation continues, there are other operational and business benefits… to you and your credit union.

If managing your website is disrupted by office closings, staff shortages, illness, or other reasons, we’re here to help. We aren’t available 24/7, but we will be extending our normal business and support hours.
