Forms and Applications
Often what credit unions want their members to be able to do on their website becomes complex when forms and applications are involved. We can help you surpass that complexity by working with you to thoroughly plan interaction processes and form-interface designs. These forms can then be integrated within your CUsite and launched quickly and easily.
Examples:
Mortgage Rate Lock
During 2009's influx of mortgage refinances, New England Federal Credit Union needed an alternative to the "lock by fax" process that was inconvenient and inefficient. NEFCU came to us for a quick solution during a very busy time. We implemented a form that allowed members to lock their rate at any moment on NEFCU's website.
Membership Application
We all know what CUs need these for. If a potential member can't apply for membership on your website, there is much less of an opportunity to attain members because of the impression they get from your web site and how it portrays what you offer. New England Federal Credit Union contracted us to create this form, which submits directly to member service.
Refer a Friend
Member referral forms can all be slightly different from each other based on the needs of the CU and the marketing efforts surrounding the function. OnPoint Community Credit Union implemented their "Online Invitation" to help spread the word about the benefits of being a member at their credit union.
